We provide property selection services. Details of services and prices are available on the website. In accordance with the Law of Ukraine 'On Protection of Consumer Rights' No. 3153-IX dated 10.06.2023, we provide required information about the seller, service, price, and dispute resolution procedures.
3. Consumer Rights and Complaints
Complaints may be filed by email to contact@tuplemark.com or by phone. The competent state consumer protection authority is the State Service of Ukraine for Food Safety and Consumer Protection (Derzhprodspozhyvsluzhba).
Consumer information is provided in Ukrainian; another language may be used at the consumer's request (Law of Ukraine 'On Protection of Consumer Rights' No. 3153-IX dated 10.06.2023).
4. Personal Data and Cookies
We process personal data under the Law of Ukraine 'On Personal Data Protection' No. 2297-VI dated 01.06.2010. We obtain consent, provide a privacy policy, and notify users about data collection. Cookies that process personal data require consent under this law.
