tuplemark.com prepares AI-assisted shortlists of country houses and cottages, then a human verifies what the data says before the listing reaches you. We do not own the properties, we are not an estate agent, and we never sign anything on your behalf.

  • Role

    We gather and cross-check information only. Negotiation, payment and registration stay between you and the owner, and your lawyer reviews the papers.

  • Verification

    Each shortlist cites its sources, for example three sources confirmed land size. If a data point cannot be confirmed, we mark it as unconfirmed instead of filling the gap.

  • Availability

    Listings on this site are indicative. A house may be reserved or withdrawn between your request and the owner's reply, so always confirm current availability in writing.

  • Prices

    Price bands are shown in hryvnia (UAH) and are subject to change without notice. They are estimates from public listings, not offers.

  • Your brief

    Details you send through our form are used to build your shortlist. Nothing is stored in a client account and nothing is resold.
